Pestigo provides professional pest control services to residential and commercial customers throughout the United States. Our services include but are not limited to:

• General pest control and prevention
• Termite inspection and treatment
• Rodent control and exclusion
• Bed bug treatment and elimination
• Mosquito control services
• Commercial pest management solutions

By scheduling a service with Pestigo, you agree to provide accurate information about your property and the nature of your pest problem. You also agree to follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians.

2. Payment Policy

Payment for services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment including:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
• Cash
• Checks (with valid identification)
• Electronic bank transfers

All prices quoted are in US Dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Pestigo reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to customers. Outstanding balances may be subject to late fees and collection actions.

3. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide the most effective pest control services possible, certain limitations apply:

• Service effectiveness may vary depending on the severity of infestation, property conditions, and environmental factors
• Multiple treatments may be required for complete pest elimination
• Customer cooperation with preparation and follow-up instructions is essential for optimal results
• Pestigo is not responsible for damage to property caused by pests prior to our service or during active infestation
• We reserve the right to refuse service in conditions deemed unsafe for our technicians or ineffective for treatment

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notification will be charged the full service fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Pestigo stands behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 30 days of treatment. We will schedule a return visit at no additional charge to address any concerns. Our guarantee applies to our standard pest control services and may have different terms for specialized treatments.

6. Liability and Insurance

Pestigo carries full liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance for the protection of our customers and employees. We take every precaution to ensure safe and effective service delivery. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Property Access

By scheduling a service, you grant Pestigo and its technicians permission to enter your property for the purpose of providing pest control services. You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring treatment. If pets are present, they must be secured during service. You are responsible for notifying us of any special conditions or hazards on your property.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Intellectual Property
